Bump 2.0.0-alpha to full release after a month of real world testing.

What changed from 1.1.0:

  • Implement configuration to disable exploit prevention by default due to standing nondeterministic issues with its execution on paper forks. #1
  • Fix rare occurrence where fast leaf decay will iterate leaves for infinity if they are not next to any logs and decayable.
